About

the citizen journalist is the last hope we have left when it comes to understanding our world and what is happening to the people, by the people, or for the people. in this time, when any person on the street can and often does have a camera on them at all times, corporations, criminals, the cruel and the corrupt understand that any individual, combined with the massive networking potential of the internet, is a focal point for truth being relayed back to the people—unfiltered by the many institutional agents now in place. if only one person captures a corporate crime, a police abuse, or a crooked politician on tape, in just minutes, millions of people can know and talk about it. it is an exciting time. the people reclaim ancient collective powers: the powers of storytelling and of resistance to encroaching tyrannies. the current powers-that-be, fearing truth, continue to position themselves as the people’s enemy.

today, a camera is more dangerous than a gun. i move about always locked and loaded, but i wield my weapon with love.
